Awesome location close enough to everywhere in the city's attractions even and easy access to stores and a market. Soft bed, tidy room with central heating, an individual safe, and multi-channel TV. Twin bedroom, great stay for 4 nights and late check-out.

The staff was exceptionally kind & amicable. I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, a seating area, iron and ironing board, and a work desk...
Nothing, all great.

We were 3 and we were in a huge room, double room separated from the living room and in this one a bed, so if you go with people who snore when the room is separated you can't hear. There was also a small kitchen, practical if you don't want to go out to eat or have dinner every day, bathroom with a bath and shower was also very big. We were very pleasantly surprised by the size. rooms have an antique air, beds are very comfortable and cushions are perfect. Although it faces a little bit of a busy street it is quite well soundproofed with double windows. They offer bed and breakfast service, there are some restaurants and cafes in the area. hotel staff is very friendly. very advisable place to stay.
To say the least, floor in the living room, was parquet, creaked. Austrian-only TV channels and English cnn.

hotel is beautiful, if only because it has a charming shepherd Max. It's right on the reception. owners are wonderful, staff is wonderful. Breakfasts are excellent, everything is fresh and delicious. I lived in a room for one on the fifth floor - there's an elevator. room has everything you need for living (hair dryer, bath tub, soap and shampoo, wardrobe, safe, table, sofa, bed and kitchen). I will stop separately in the kitchen - it is functional (there is a microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker with coffee filters), stove has two comforts, there is a pot, bucket, frying pan, colander, chopping board, knives / woks / covers, dishes, kitchen towel). If you are coming for a while, I recommend bringing a sponge to wash the dishes, some detergent, olive oil and/or sunflower oil, salt and pepper. Nearby are two Billas (grocery stores). subway is 7 minutes on foot (under the hill/slide), 15 minutes to Hofburg, 20 minutes to St. Stephen's Cathedral, no more. I was in the winter, there was -14 outside, water in the bath is hot, on request I was given an extra battery in my room, for which special thanks!!! I recommend the hotel! also keep in mind that WiFi is free in all the Billas. I recommend the hotel!

Room area is spacious. Suitable for small family to stay in for vocation.
The hotel is a bit far away from underground station. (It is about 800 meter from the nearest station--Volkstheater.) There could have been a wider spread for breakfast.

Great Family Hotel! Very nice hotel staff. great location, good breakfast, and close to downtown.
Loud street noise, both from automobiles and from local bars.

There were three adults in the apartment we lived in. As the apartment consisted of two bedrooms and a sitting-room, there was quite enough space for everyone and a real opportunity not to hinder each other.
